Shipment Charge and Return Policy

SHIPPING METHODS
All orders are shipped by Canada Post.
Please follow the instructions accordingly and select from the 4 different shipping options with Canada post. Order products may be shipping in multiple packages.

*Our products does not  ship to U.S.   

RETURN POLYCY 
We are not accepting returns of any food items.

Non-food items
Please know that we will not refund shipping charges if the return is due to "Buyer's Remorse" or if you change mind about your purchase, please have your order number to receive your return authorization.

*We do not accept any returns 30 days from shipping date.
*The items must be in new and unopen condition in the original packaging.
*Refund  will  be  provided for  any  products that  are  “out  of  stock”

If the products you ordered are 
・defective
・damaged during shipping or "best before date" is less than 2 months from the shipping date.
We will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. For all other returns, buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost.
Use any courier company of your choice for return shipment. 
Please notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. 

REFUND PROCESS
Upon receipt of your return or exchange, we will process your request within 3 business days. For returns, please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. If you would like to expedite the exchange process, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you want.

For expedited shipments, orders placed Monday through Friday by 11:00 am WST (excluding holidays) for in-stock items, will be processed within the same day unless items are our of stock. Orders placed after 11:00 am WST, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays for in-stock items, will be processed within the next or following business day

*Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We are unable to ship or process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or the following holidays: New Year’s Day (the 2nd is a "Limited Service Day for Canada post), or another Holliday (the 26th is a "Limited Service Day for Canada post) and New Year's Eve. REGULAR PACKAGE DELIVERY
At the time of your purchase, you may choose an expedited Canada post shipping method such as fastest service or cost-effective service. In stock orders received  by 11:00 a.m. Western Standard Time will be proceeded on the next business day.

We may need to contact you to verify your order and shipping information. Please consider that even expedited shipping services may require additional time to complete the verification process.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes with Canada post does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
